40 + 40

40 min workout + 40 min outdoor activity. One gets your heart pumping, one gets you outside. Rain or shine.

Progressive Power

(Day + 10) pushups + core work + 5 min stretch/yoga. Day 1 = 11 each. Day 60 = 70. Break them up however you want.

Eat Sharp

No junk food, no alcohol, 3L water minimum. Clean fuel in, sharp results out.

Read & Reflect
